These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk31 platform, accessible at https://pk31.cam ("Platform", "Site", "pk31", "we", "us", "our"). pk31 is an English-language online gaming information and guidance platform built for Pakistani players and other users internationally.

pk31 operates as an informational and educational resource. It does not hold a Pakistan gambling license, does not process player payments, does not issue or manage bonuses, and does not hold or manage player accounts. All gaming-related content published on pk31 is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" / "Site" — The pk31 website accessible at https://pk31.cam, including all pages, content, tools and services provided thereon.
• "User" / "You" — Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" — A registered user profile created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process and applicable verification requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, proof-of-address checks and anti-money laundering screening.
• "Operator" — The licensed gambling operator that provides the underlying gaming services accessible through or described by pk31. The Operator is a separate legal entity from pk31.
• "Content" — All text, graphics, data, guides, articles, images, code and other material published on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or other incentive offered by the Operator, subject to that Operator's applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — A condition requiring a User to wager a specified multiple of a Bonus (and sometimes the associated deposit) before any funds derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to that entity throughout this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To create an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gambling information services are explicitly prohibited by law. pk31 does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

4.3 Personal Capacity

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or court-imposed exclusion, or any similar restriction that would prohibit or restrict your participation in gambling-related activities. You must not be registering on behalf of any third party.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, with any pending balances potentially forfeited in accordance with the Operator's anti-fraud policy.

5.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), a valid email address, your date of birth and your country of residence. You must update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform — and any associated Operator — may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to first withdrawal, following a change in account details, or at any time at the Operator's discretion. KYC procedures may include:

• Submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport for Pakistani users);
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months, where required;
• A selfie or automated liveness check to verify document authenticity;
• Source-of-funds documentation for higher-value transactions.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never submit sensitive documents via unsecured messaging channels, social media, or unencrypted email. You must not alter, obscure, crop or falsify any identity document in any way. Submission of fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You must notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. pk31 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any system or network connected to the Platform;
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers or similar tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Transmitting or facilitating the transmission of any unsolicited commercial communications ("spam");
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, account takeover, chargeback fraud or multi-accounting;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or jurisdiction of residence;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime;
• Posting, uploading or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measures, geo-restrictions or age-verification controls implemented by the Platform;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content without express written permission from pk31.

pk31 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this clause, and to report suspected criminal conduct to relevant authorities. Violations may also result in forfeiture of any associated balances.

All deposit and payment processing is conducted by the Operator, not by pk31. pk31 does not hold, receive, process or guarantee any player funds. Any payment method references on pk31 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or cryptocurrency options — are provided for informational and contextual purposes only. pk31 does not represent that any of these payment providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions.

Before making any deposit on an Operator's platform, users should independently verify: (a) the deposit methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction; (b) applicable deposit limits, fees and processing windows; (c) whether their payment provider permits gambling-related transactions; and (d) all applicable KYC requirements that must be satisfied before or after depositing.

Withdrawal processing is the exclusive responsibility of the Operator. pk31 has no control over, and accepts no liability for, the timing, availability or success of any withdrawal request made through an Operator's platform.

Users should be aware that withdrawal requests are typically subject to the following conditions, as set by the Operator:

9.1 Wagering Requirements

10.1 Adults Only

Gambling is strictly for adults. Users must be aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction — to access gambling-related content or register on any Operator platform associated with pk31. The presence of this 18+ requirement does not imply that gambling is lawful for all users in Pakistan.

10.2 Responsible Play Tools

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any Content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of pk31; create derivative works based on the Content; or use the Content for any commercial purpose.

Any trade marks, brand names, logos or service marks of third parties referenced on pk31 — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, and sports organisations such as PCB, PSL and ICC — remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on pk31 does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uninterrupted availability.

pk31 does not warrant, guarantee or represent that:

• The Content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or free from error at all times;
• The Platform will be available without interruption, delay or technical failure;
• Any Operator described or referenced on pk31 will provide services as described, honour stated bonus terms, or process payments within stated timeframes;
• Online gambling is lawful for any specific user in any specific jurisdiction;
• The Platform is free from viruses, malware or other harmful components (users should maintain adequate device security independently).

Users rely on Content published on pk31 at their own risk and are encouraged to verify all information directly with the relevant Operator before making any financial commitment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk31 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to any user for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any transaction entered into with an Operator as a result of information obtained through pk31;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Gambling losses incurred on any Operator's platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform;
• Any error, inaccuracy or omission in the Content.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, pk31's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits pk31's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by pk31's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy explains how pk31 collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, and sets out your rights in relation to that data.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which pk31 is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and pk31 in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan should note that applicable Pakistani law — including any provisions relevant to online services and cross-border agreements — may also apply independently of this clause.

pk31 does not make any representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where it is unlawful to do so is at the user's own risk and sole responsibility.

pk31 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of any revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by a prominent notice on the Platform or by direct communication to registered users where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
